The Abu Dhabi Ministry of Municipalities and Transport’s Integrated Transport Center (ITC) has announced the timings and operations of its customer happiness centers, surface parking lots, Darbi toll gates and public buses during the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday on October 8, 2022.

ITC announced that customer happiness centers across the emirate will be closed on Saturday 8 October. Customers can still apply for ITC’s services on its digital platforms on its website and Darbi and Darbi smart applications.

Customers can contact the unified service center of the municipality and the Finnish Transport Agency on its toll-free numbers 800850 and TransAD 600535353, which are available 24/7.

Surface parking is free during the holiday from Saturday to Monday, October 10 until 7:59. Musaffah M-18 truck parking spaces are also free of charge during public holidays.

In this context, the ITC urged drivers to avoid parking in prohibited areas and blocking traffic. It also urged drivers to park in properly marked areas and avoid parking in residential areas between 9pm and 8am.

ITC announced that the Darbi toll system will be free during the holiday on Saturday and will continue on Monday during normal peak hours (7:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm). ).

Regarding the opening hours of public bus transport, the ITC stated that the bus transport runs according to a normal uniform schedule throughout the week.
