Construction of villas, residential block registered on DARI digital platform launched to increase transparency in real estate industry

Eighteen new projects have been registered on DARI, a digital platform for real estate services belonging to the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).

These projects will contribute to the provision of 5,037 new apartments in various areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Madinat Zayed and other areas.

The DARI platform launched by DMT in early 2022 to combat real estate scams and fake agents showed that the new projects registered include 10 villa construction, 5 residential construction projects and 5 projects. in addition to commercial blocks, 3 mixed-use projects.

The number of projects launched on the platform since its launch in February this year has so far reached 178, including 74 residential buildings, 43 plots, 49 villas and 12 mixed-use projects with completion rates varying as high as 99%.

DMT had launched the DARI platform, the first of its kind in the emirate, in partnership with Advanced Real Estate Services Company (ADRES) to ensure transparency in Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.

The platform provides users with an integrated user interface to access services and national and international investors to explore future opportunities in the emirate’s real estate market.

Customers, organizations and real estate professionals can currently use the DARI platform to access all existing services such as real estate purchase, sale and rental transactions, Tawtheeq documentation and relevant real estate certificates. In addition, it also provides a list of registered real estate projects and a guide to authorized real estate agents in Abu Dhabi, as well as many functions that the platform offers to customers.
