  • Monitor loan status through CIBIL, Equifax, Experian or CRIF High Mark if any loan is disbursed.
  • Check your Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL) score from time to time. If there is a wrong entry in your CIBIL portal, you are likely to be a victim of fraud and should contact the authorities immediately.
  • Cardholders can visit Paytm or Bank Bazaar to check financial reports.
